- You want the site promoted: backlinks, ads, content marketing. I build it and make it fast and indexable. Promotion is a different job and I do not sell it.
- You want a template or a page builder tuned up. Everything I ship is written by hand.
- You need a brand identity. I design in code, sober and fast; logos and brand books come from a designer.
I would rather turn down the booking than take money for the wrong thing.

Questions
How much does a website or an app cost?
It depends on the pages or screens, the languages and what it connects to, so there is no list price. You get a fixed quote in writing after the free scoping call, and the quote holds for the agreed scope.
Should I build a website or a mobile app first?
A website, unless the product needs the camera, the GPS, offline data or push notifications. A website is found by search and opens with a link; an app has to be installed. Most products start on the web and add the app when the audience asks for it.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from the first commit. The repository, the domain, the hosting and the store accounts are in your name, and I work inside them.
Do you also do SEO and marketing for the site?
Technical SEO yes: speed, schema, sitemaps, indexing, hreflang. That is built in, and it is also sold separately as the Core Web Vitals service. Promotion no: no backlinks, no ads, no content marketing. If you need that, hire for it separately.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes, after a look at the code. If it is a page builder or a bought theme, a rebuild is usually cheaper than a repair, and I will say which on the call.
