Are you an MVP development company or a freelancer?
A freelancer: one engineer. Elman Huseynov scopes, builds and launches the MVP himself, so the person on the call writes the code. You talk to him directly, with no project manager in between.

What is the difference between an MVP, a prototype and a proof of concept?
A proof of concept checks that one technical piece can work at all. A prototype shows how the product will look and click, usually without real data. A website, unless the product needs the camera, the GPS, offline data or push notifications. A website is found by search and opens with a link; an app has to be installed. Most products start on the web and add the app when the audience asks for it.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You own the code and the accounts from the first commit. The repository, the domain, the hosting and the store accounts are in your name, and Elman Huseynov works inside them.
Do you also do SEO and marketing for the site?
Technical SEO yes: speed, schema, sitemaps, indexing, hreflang. That is built in, and it is also sold separately as the Core Web Vitals service. Promotion no: no backlinks, no ads, no content marketing. If you need that, hire for it separately.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes, Elman Huseynov takes over existing sites after a look at the code. If it is a page builder or a bought theme, a rebuild is usually cheaper than a repair, and I will say which on the call.
