What is interview coaching?
Practice rounds scored against the same signals a real panel uses, plus the work around them: the resume that gets you the round, and the negotiation after the offer.
A hiring manager runs it, so the feedback is what a panel would have written about you.
Which service should I start with?
Interview in the next 4 weeks: a mock interview. Applying and hearing nothing back: resume review, then LinkedIn. Same level for 2 or 3 years and no plan: career coaching.
Companies start with a 20-minute call, and I say on it whether the work is a hiring audit, a fractional CTO retainer or a Core Web Vitals rebuild.
Do you offer free consultations?
There is a free 15-minute call to check the session is the right one. The sessions themselves are paid, and the price is on each service's page before you book. Companies get a free 20-minute call to scope the work.
If you are not looking to pay, the blog is free and I put real work into it. Start there.
How does work with a company start?
A 20-minute call, then a written proposal with scope, price and dates. Hiring work runs through smarthiring.tech; the fractional CTO and Core Web Vitals pages carry their starting prices.
Nothing is billed until the proposal is signed.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, invoiced before the session. Company invoices with VAT are fine.
What if the session is not useful?
Tell me within 7 days and I refund it. That has not happened yet, and the offer stands.
Which timezone do you work in?
Berlin, CET. I hold evening slots for the Americas and early slots for Asia. Pick whatever is open in the calendar.
