The problem

Recruiters find candidates by searching LinkedIn, and your profile does not say the words they type. The headline is your job title, the About section is empty or a paragraph about passion, and the roles list duties instead of results.

What you get

  • A headline built from the terms recruiters search, not your current title.
  • An About section that says what you do, for whom, with numbers, in the first 3 lines.
  • Experience entries rewritten as outcomes, consistent with your resume.
  • The settings and signals that put you in recruiter searches, checked one by one.

How it runs

  1. Before You send your profile URL, your resume and 2 roles you are targeting.
  2. Day 1-2 I read it the way a recruiter reads a search result page, and write the rewrite.
  3. 60 min We go through headline, About and the last 2 roles live, and agree the final text.
  4. After You get the full text to paste in, section by section, plus the settings checklist.

Why me

  • I read LinkedIn profiles the way a hiring team reads them, so I know which ones get a message and why.
  • I have hired 10+ engineers and screened hundreds of profiles for each role.
  • Recruiters find my own profile and write first: a share of the roles and speaking invitations I get start as an inbound LinkedIn message.

Do not book this if

  • You want a banner and a new photo. Those are not why nobody is writing to you.
  • You post daily and want engagement advice. This is about being found, not about content.
  • Your profile is private or nearly empty. Fill in the roles first, then book.

I would rather turn down the booking than take money for the wrong thing.

What it costs

€150

rewritten profile + 60-minute call

Resume and LinkedIn together

€250

both reviews, one call

Saves EUR 50. The same facts, told consistently in both places.

The 15-minute call is free and decides whether the session is worth booking. The session itself is paid upfront, and if I am not the right person for your situation I will say so on the call, before any money moves.

Questions

How do you optimize a LinkedIn profile?

Start from the search, not the profile. Write down the 3 terms a recruiter would type for the role you want, then put those words in the headline, the About section and the skills. Rewrite each role as results with numbers. Turn on Open to Work for recruiters only.

What should a LinkedIn headline say?

What you do and for whom, in the words a recruiter searches. "Senior Backend Engineer, Go and Kubernetes, fintech" beats "Software Engineer at Company", which every profile already says.

Do recruiters really search LinkedIn?

Yes, with a paid tool that filters by title, skills, location and years. If your profile does not carry those words, you are not in the result, however good you are.

Will you write the text for me?

I write the rewrite before the call and we edit it together, so it sounds like you and says what recruiters search for.

Should I book this or the resume review?

Resume first if you are applying, LinkedIn first if you want to be approached. Both together use one call and cost less than separately.
