The problem

How it runs
- Session 1 We pick one outcome for the next three months and write it down.
- Weekly 45 minutes on what happened, what is blocked, and what you do next.
- Between You send documents, code or drafts. I respond within a working day.
- Monthly We check the goal against reality and adjust it.

Questions
How long do people stay?
Usually three to six months. Long enough to reach the outcome, short enough that it stays urgent.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly, no notice period. I would rather you leave than pay for something you have outgrown.
Is this only for engineers?
Mostly engineers and new engineering managers. That is where my experience is real.
