You are doing good work and not getting promoted. Nobody tells you what is missing, because the feedback loop at your company is broken.

How it runs
- Session 1 We pick 1 outcome for the next 3 months and write it down.
- Weekly 45 minutes on what happened, what is blocked, and what you do next.
- Between You send documents, code or drafts. I respond within a working day.
- Monthly We check the goal against reality and adjust it.

Questions
How long do people stay?
Usually 3 to 6 months. Long enough to reach the outcome, short enough that it stays urgent.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly, no notice period. I would rather you leave than pay for something you have outgrown.
Is this only for engineers?
Mostly engineers and new engineering managers. That is where my experience is real.
What it costs
€400
per month
The 15-minute call is free and decides whether the session is worth booking. The session itself is paid upfront, and if I am not the right person for your situation I will say so on the call, before any money moves.
